We’re pleased to have secured planning permission for a 9-dwelling residential development in Darton, Barnsley, following a successful case that the site should be treated as grey belt.

The scheme will deliver nine new homes, served by a new access and set behind the existing mature tree screening along the site frontage, helping the development sit sensitively within its surroundings.

A great result and, importantly, another example of how a well-evidenced grey belt planning case can unlock appropriate residential development.
