Planning success in Rotherham.

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for a new Pilates Centre in the Rotherham Green Belt.

The application centred on the redevelopment of previously developed land, demonstrating that the proposal would not result in substantial harm to the openness of the Green Belt. By presenting a robust planning case, we were able to secure a positive outcome for our client.

This approval will enable the delivery of a dedicated wellness facility, creating a valuable space for health, fitness and the local community.
