Planning permission secured in Kirklees 🎉

We’re pleased to have helped secure permission for 4 dwellings on a grey belt site in Kirklees.

The site sits next to a listed building and the proposal attracted plenty of local opposition, so it wasn’t the most straightforward application. With a clear planning strategy and a strong case, we were able to show the development would work well in this sensitive location.

A great result for our client and a good example of how tricky sites can still be unlocked with the right approach.
