We’re delighted to have secured planning approval for a new dwelling in the Wakefield Green Belt.

The site had a challenging planning history, including four previously refused applications and two unsuccessful appeals. Rather than writing the site off, we used them to understand the key issues, refine the proposal and formulate a robust planning case in light of relevant updates to planning policy and guidance.

That persistence and evidence-led approach ultimately got the permission over the line—an excellent result for our client.
