Brilliant appeal decision through recently!

Our client had, without planning permission, sited a residential lodge on a Green Belt site at considerable expense. We were tasked with lodging an appeal against the relevant enforcement notice with the aim of securing the retention of the lodge.

Our case put forward very special circumstances based around benefits to openness and biodiversity enhancements. The Inspector agreed and quashed the notice.
