Planning permission secured for a Green Belt infill development of two dwellings near Pontefract, West Yorkshire!

We were required to demonstrate a legitimate village location (with reference to the case of Wood vs SoS, etc). Also managed to negotiate part of the site falling within Flood Zone 2.

A really pragmatic and helpful approach from the council on this to ensure the delivery of two new homes in a sustainable location 👍
