✅ Planning Success | Kirklees
We’re pleased to have secured full planning permission for the demolition of an existing stable building and its replacement with a new dwelling within the Kirklees Green Belt.
The application was supported by a clear and robust planning case, demonstrating that the proposal complied with paragraph 154(g) of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) — which allows for the redevelopment of previously developed land in the Green Belt where it does not result in substantial harm to openness.
Through constructive dialogue with officers at Kirklees Council, we achieved a positive outcome that will see a poor quality building replaced with a home that enhances the visual amenity of the site and its rural surroundings.
Well done to all involved in delivering this result.
