Working with house builder, Poplar Developments Ltd, and Brightman Clarke Architects, we recently worked on a scheme for the major development of a Greenfield site for residential purposes.

The developer had a previous scheme at the site withdrawn and our advice helped to provide the basis of a re-submission which received approval under delegated powers.

The site is located outside of the settlement limits for the area and JR Planning provided the detailed justification for the scheme which demonstrated that the proposal would be a sustainable form of development that should be welcomed by the Council. Following detailed negotiations on our Client’s behalf we were able to secure a permission which will allow the developer to continue to build on their track record of providing high quality developments in this area.
