March has been a fantastic month for JR Planning with a range of planning successes at various scales. Some of the highlights in the past few weeks include:

• Planning appeal victories in Kirklees, Barnsley and the Peak District National Park for various residential developments.
• Committee approval for an over- 50s residential development (9 dwellings) in West Lindsey, Lincolnshire.
• Approval of a Green Belt development of 4 dwellings in Wakefield.
• Grant of planning permission for a single dwelling in Dore, Sheffield.
